Ordering and Availability
You understand and accept that even if any item on the site is offered for sale it does not necessarily mean that it is available. We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any unavailable items are marked accordingly but where items are not marked we reserve the right at our discretion not to process your order.
Payment
1. Payment may be made by electronic transfer or by credit or debit card via PayPal.
2. All our charges are indicated in pounds sterling and will be invoiced as such. Your credit card company will exchange it into your country’s currency. The exchange rate can fluctuate from day to day and the relevant rate during the time of the transaction will be applied.
3. We can only accept payment for orders in pounds sterling (£). Should payment received be the result of a conversion of foreign currency and you decide to cancel your order we shall not be responsible for, and shall accept no liability for, the devaluation of funds refunded to you.
4. Some purchases originating outside the UK may be subject to duty at the country of destination. Any such duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Despatch and Delivery
1. Your items will be despatched within 28 days of placing your order to the person named on the Order Form.
2. We shall despatch your goods in the appropriate packaging, by registered post or equivalent, at our own risk to the address provided to us. Please email us if you require courier delivery.
3. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for verifying the authority of the signatory taking receipt of the goods.
4. In the event that items are returned, due to being faulty or damaged in transit, all costs shall be borne by us and credited to you on receipt of the damaged items by Nick Elliott Shop.
Other Conditions
1. These terms and conditions can be amended and/or extended to include other conditions applicable to specific products or services offered on the site. These changes continue to be blinding to the customer and will clearly be notified on the the site.
